1.  Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future — stay tuned!

2.  Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 2 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

3.  Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  Delivery timeframes begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

4.  Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter.

5.  Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly via the carrier’s website.

6.  Lost or Stolen Packages

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1.  Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In its original condition with all tags attached

• Not marked as final sale or clearance

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2.  Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Intimates, bodysuits, or swimwear

• Gift cards

• Items with signs of wear, damage, or odor

3.  Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Simply email us within 14 days and we’ll guide you through the exchange process based on availability.

4.  Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

5.  How to Return

1. Email info@almajdstore.click with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.

3. Send the item back in secure packaging.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval and refund/exchange timeline.
